Now this looks like fun, Bread and I have all the ingredients, and machinery! Yay. I made the dough, kneaded it for 10 minutes by hand, quite a good little bit of exercise, and set it to rise on our hot work bench, hot because the temperature has been about 28 degrees and humid lately, so no worries rising the bread! Then I went to collect the ingredients for the stuffing, silver beet from the garden, pecorino cheese, (no, don’t have it, so I got my daughter to go bring some home on the way back from the gym, she brought Maasdam instead, but it did the trick), then a few sprigs of rosemary out of the garden and Bobs your uncle. It turned out beautiful, doughy deliciousness filled with delights. I had to go to a Brazilian Funk dance class so set it to rise on the bench when assembled and had the fun of watching it cook when I got home, sweaty and deserving of a luscious treat! (or so I told myself)
