I was recently gifted a cookbook by a fellow Italian student and chef, Ray McVinnie. “Everyday * Sunday” by Ray McVinne.

No sooner had I opened the cookbook, at the last page (as you do!), I discovered a pudding from the Limousin regions in the centre of France which is right up my alley. Super simple and, with a minimum of ingredients and even more delightful, not many carbs!!!!!!!!

So of course, I had to give it a go, and now it is a staple in my fridge. I have it for breakfast, for a late night snack, it’s just delicious and so healthy with just eggs, sugar (I use a sugar substitute like stevia or xylitol -for Keto purposes :)) a little flour (can’t hurt), milk, cream and the best bit is oodles of berries -soooo good for those antioxidants- Healthy. So here’s the recipe. Go ahead and Enjoy!
