Chickpea Tahine Fritters
I made these for Sunday lunch with a few ingredients I had in the cupboard and fridge. They are full of chickpeas and veges, healthy and good for you. I used almond meal but you could swap if for flour if you don’t need gluten free. The addition of turmeric, garlic and ginger gave them a flavorful zing, while the background of chickpea and tahine was subtle and delicious.
