quick and easy bake

It’s the end of the school holidays and I haven’t got much in the cupboards for school lunches.  I spotted these Drop Scones and given that it’s Sunday and I need a simple bake, I thought these would be great.  In fact, they resemble my pikelet recipe (see my recipes). Read more…
